Steksz application does not collect or store any personal data about who, how and why the user is using the app. All data recorded in the application is personal data of the user, available only on the device(s) used by the user and is not accessible to third parties.

All information that the user shares with others at his/her own discretion (including on-screen display, exporting, copying, sharing files created and maintained by the application, which are essential to operate), sharing the data file with others is the user's own decision and responsibility. The creator of the Steksz application (Tamás Bures) cannot influence and cannot be claimed for damages originated from this activity.

The creator of the application makes the application available free of charge and rent-free, as his own intellectual property, within the platform's capabilities and framework, to others who want to or can use it, so that they can benefit from it. The application developer has not, does not and will not make any claim or demand for a share of this benefit. Any financial benefit, saving or return is due to the user of the application.
