2018. 04. 03.Remove extension in Spotlight search results.
If you are interested why Spotlight search result shows the ".app" extension after every application name, make sure, that in Finder settings the Show all filename extensions checkbox is not checked.
If it is checked, Spotlight Search result will show the extension for apps as well (see screenshot below).
